Custom Products
Due to the nature of custom printing, all sales on custom products are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for custom-designed items unless there is a defect in materials or craftsmanship.
Standard Return Policy
For non-custom items:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
30-Day Guarantee on Flags & Hardware
All feather flag kits and hardware come with a 30-day functionality guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
Contact us within 30 days.
Provide photo evidence and a brief explanation.
We will offer a replacement or store credit based on the issue.
